Last Saturday November 18, twenty-six members enjoyed a rather warm spring day of competitive pétanque in the President’s Cup. Winners on the day were, in order of merit, Rob Dunlop, Ian Russell-Brown, Marek Glinski, Emma Isliker, Beryl Pons, Lorna Beamish, Susie Bell, and Kittiwit Chailee.

The Guy Meunier Open Triples tournament was hosted by Subiaco on Sunday. Vickram Ramjuttan, Nuvish Atchamah, and Cody Vujcic were worthy winners of the trophy in an exciting close final. The best Subiaco team was Suren Appadoo, Rama Sanyasi, and Vickram khadaroo.

There will be social play next Saturday November 25.

There is also social play every Wednesday. Visitors are welcome on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Consult our website or Facebook pages for details.
