Last Saturday February 25 the President’s Cup was played with twenty-seven participants. Winners were in order of merit, Peter Middelton and Dominic Welsh, Walter Lubtschenko, George Savage, Emma Isliker, and Vlasta Thomas.

On Sunday February 26, the PWA State Shooters competition was hosted by Subiaco Petanque Club where 20 players were challenged on their accuracy to shoot boules. Most accurate on the day was Manass Greedharr with Hina Vert winning the women’s group.

Next Saturday March 04, the club will have social play followed by an evening barbeque.

There is also social play every Wednesday. Visitors are welcome on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Consult our website or Facebook pages for details.
